our sixth family member...

...no, no, no... not a new member....

...my goodness, what were you thinking about.... an old member, but just not blogged about before.

A couple of years ago, aunt Heidi gave Joonatan a little McDonald merchandise, Rooh, and they clicked instantly. From then on, Rooh's been through almost everything. For the first years Joonatan carried it everywhere, everytime, and never-ever-ever-ever - for a one single time - did he forget it anywhere. That's an incredible achievement to a 2,5-5year-old-active fellow. But Rooh was like part of his hand.

Almost three years ago, they hit some major crises when Joonatan started to go to a kid's club, which enforced them to separate for three hours twice a week. The bond survived the test, but now with the preschool, and other new grown interests they are clearly living trough a little cooler times, and Rooh only accompanies him in bed. This however, is very vital to Rooh. His life expectancy lies solely on the hope that the relationship never warms up again. He's been through such a numerous major surgeries and innumerable amounts minor fixes, and currently lives on the very edge of life.

Here's some dig-ups from the archives, and a final shot from today.

Long Live Brother Rooh!
