I used to do birdwatching as a teenager. Which is not exactly the hippiest thing in that age group, but I had friend get into it and I joined in. We ended up having a lot of great time up in the observatory towers in beautiful weather. Basically you just do time and wait for seeing something rare or noteworthy. I always hoped for predators, like hawks, falcons, and at the best - eagles.

Sarita took the picture of Benjamin following the footsteps of the father.

Sarita taught Benjamin to use matches... with great success. We had a nice time roasting sausages and enjoying the springtime.

I'm sure the owner of this cabin is going to be the first nordic victim of the global warming and the raise of sea level.

hopping on

The church got a new pastor and I got a new boss. It's a hop ahead on the journey of the church, and I'm looking forward to the next years. I'm assuming to learn a lot working together with him.

He's very gifted pastor with altogether 25 years of experience in a couple of churches, and some other responsibilities in the national Pentecostal movement. Based on what I've heard of him, and my personal experience from first few things we've now done together, I assuming some good time ahead.

It's always a challenge for a new pastor to grow into a church, but Kari's got a good start. He connects well with both - youth and seniors, which is a good starting point to bring the whole church forward.

Welcome Kari
