Joonatan picked up a challenge yesterday. He began with a phrase, "in the world, there's just..." and then he continued... "wild animals,
and birds,
and people,
and cars,
and garages,
and houses,
and trees, and..."

..that's when I left...

but, I suppose that before long, the multiplicity of the world began to unfold.

the end of the story

a couple of posts ago I wrote about the core wrapped strings by elixir. Sound-wise they were good, i suppose - except that I don't like the sound of fresh strings, exactly the tune elixir promises to last long. Anyhow, it's not a problem anymore, because Benjamin forced a whale figure into the guitar between the strings, and finished the story of those strings for good...

So, it's the time of a happy return to low-budged ordinary coated strings.

Quotation of the Month

"In the kingdom of Heaven, there's just one king
-and that's not you."

"james, to the trainstation..."

they speak of child-like faith, that believes against the odds. It's great to see that faith active, like in moments like this.

With the content smile, Joonatan just sits and waits for the ride to begin. A couple of odds to face, are the facts that Benjamins feet don't reach the pedals, and even if they did he does not know how to pedal.

But it's like the song says... you never know if you don't go, you never shine if you don't glow...

the rebellious district

So, Finland has voted for a 6years re-try for the president Tarja Halonen from the social democrats. 51,8% of the folk was for her. In Kotka, a city with a strong left-end legacy, she got quite a bit more , 61,1%. At some districts within the city the support for her was even greater, like in Velhonkallio with 72,3%

However, within the city region there's a tiny but spunky district that went against the wind. Huruksela stands out from the result stats with 66,9% for Sauli Niinistö from all its -impressive - 161 votes.

Long live Huruksela!
